Café Design – Melbourne Airport
This café is designed as a warm, modern retreat within a fast-paced airport environment. A calm, minimal palette of natural timber, soft greys and warm lighting creates a relaxed dining atmosphere for travellers. Oversized paper lanterns form a floating sculptural feature above the seating area, bringing softness and visual impact to the space.
The service counter pairs warm timber with clean, contemporary lines, while the bold illuminated signage anchors the brand presence from afar. A mix of communal tables, counter seating and two-tops provides flexibility for solo travellers and groups.
Thoughtful lighting, refined materials and efficient spatial planning come together to create a welcoming, high-function café space that feels fresh, warm and distinctly modern
