The Stawell Harness Racing Club was reimagined with a softer, more welcoming aesthetic—creating a space that feels comfortable, contemporary and distinctly community-minded. Our design approach focused on warm timber textures, gentle curves and refined details that bring a feminine touch without losing the venue’s everyday functionality.
The central bar becomes a calm, inviting anchor, with soft stone finishes, brushed metallic accents and layered lighting that adds warmth and glow throughout.
Light, tonal palettes and thoughtfully crafted joinery elevate the experience, while still feeling approachable and familiar for members and guests. The result is a refreshed clubhouse that feels brighter, more encouraging and more inclusive—an environment where everyone, especially women and families, can settle in and feel at home. elements.
