A warm, contemporary home elevated through thoughtful decoration and refined styling.
For this South Melbourne residence, our role focused on layering character, comfort and cohesion over an existing architectural framework. The home already offered generous light, beautiful textures and strong materiality—our task was to soften, enhance and bring the spaces to life through the right furnishings, colours and curated details.
We introduced a warm, modern palette that complements the home’s timber joinery and natural stone. Soft textiles, sculptural lighting and refined furniture selections add depth without overwhelming the architecture. Each room was styled to feel lived-in yet elevated, balancing practicality with understated luxury.

In the living spaces, tactile fabrics and grounded tones create a calm foundation, while artwork and decorative objects introduce subtle personality. The kitchen and dining zones were dressed with considered accessories that echo the home’s organic materials and highlight its craftsmanship.
Bedrooms and private areas were styled with a focus on comfort—layered linens, warm lighting and thoughtful accents that invite rest. Throughout, we ensured every selection supported a cohesive story, connecting old and new, heritage and contemporary.
